I am beyond grateful for Dr. Serge Mattar! I cannot recommend him enough. After going through previous egg freezing rounds with disappointing results, I came to Dr. Serge feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, and honestly unsure what to expect. From the very first consultation, his knowledge, confidence, and calm reassurance completely changed my experience. Dr. Serge took the time to understand my history, explained his approach clearly, and adjusted my protocol in a way that felt thoughtful and personalized! Throughout the process, he made me feel heard and supported which made such a difference during an emotionally intense journey. The outcome of this round was more than double what I had experienced previously, and I truly believe this is a reflection of Dr. Serge’s expertise, attention to detail, and depth of experience!! People say that the doctor is god, and if you truly wish to witness the divine qualities in a doctor, you should meet Dr. Shreelatha... I have never encountered such a compassionate doctor in my life. From the moment you begin treatment, she treats you as if you were part of her family. She provides both emotional and medical support to help you achieve your goals. Madam, we are incredibly grateful. Children are indeed precious gifts from God, and you have been the means through which they have entered our lives. I would assert that our entire happiness stems from you. Extremely disappointing experience at Orchid Fertility Center. I had very high hopes when I started my treatment here, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any medical facility. The staff seemed more focused on money than on genuine patient care. Communication was poor, and I often felt unheard and neglected during the process. There was little empathy or transparency about the treatment plan. Fertility treatment is an emotional and sensitive journey, and I wish the team had shown more compassion. I sincerely hope they improve their approach and start treating patients with the care and honesty they deserve. I would definitely not suggest.

My experience was similar to the other bad reviews left here. Long waiting times at this clinic. I waited more than 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen. The staff were not transparent on fees. There seemed to be a feeling of generating income over patient experience. For example, the Doctor insisted we do an ultrasound and later charged us for it without disclosing fees upfront. Also, we were prescribed expensive supplements and told we can only get them from this clinic. Overall, the lack of patient experience, high fees/push to generate as much money left us with a negative experience. We will not be trusting Orchid with our plans.

Disappointed and Overcharged — Felt Like We Were Taken for a Ride I usually hesitate before posting negative reviews, but after my first visit to Orchid Fertility Centre, I feel compelled to share my experience so others can be warned. From the moment we made the initial inquiry, things felt off. We were told that the first consultation would be free. Based on that promise, we booked an appointment with Dr. Partha Das. But once we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Rushed & dismissive attitude During the consultation, we felt rushed. Many of our concerns were brushed aside, and answers were vague. It felt like they just wanted to move us along, not really engage with us as humans facing a difficult, emotional journey. 2. Hidden costs / lack of transparency • They insisted we do an ultrasound “just to check if everything is normal,” and later charged us AED 550 for it. We’re okay with paying reasonable fees, but this was never disclosed or mentioned upfront. • To our knowledge, ultrasound scans at regular clinics in Dubai cost around AED 200 or less. We have been to other clinics, so we know such charges are inflated. • They also prescribed supplements. Some of these were available in their clinic. But when I checked prices on the Life Pharmacy app, those same supplements were significantly cheaper—by about 50%. • When trying to return a supplement we hadn’t yet paid for, the staff member who handled returns was rude. He snatched the item from my hand and seemed offended that I was even asking. It was humiliating and felt lik
